J. B. Boda – Appointment of Employee Benefit Practice Leader<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Dear all,<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Jayesh Gadekar has joined J. B. Boda Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.<\/a>, Mumbai, on 7th December, 2022 as \u201cChief Strategy Officer & Head Employee Benefits Practice\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mr. Gadekar has completed his Graduation in Commerce (Banking and Finance) from Pune University and has done an Executive Program in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B). Mr. Gadekar comes to us with more than 21 years of rich experience in Insurance domain and has worked with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., Vantage Insurance Brokers, Willis, JLT and last with Global Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd where he was working as \u201cHead – Health & Benefits and Innovative Solutions\u201d. He has also been a part of the World Broking Network (WBN) \u2013 EB Steering Committee. He is an active member of the FICCI and works with NITI Aayog. He was instrumental in building a Technology Platform, Mobile application and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).<\/p>\n

Mr. Gadekar will be responsible for managing and implementing strategies for Direct Broking business and will also be leading Employee Benefits Practices. On the personal front, he loves to travel, watch movies and play golf. We wish Mr. Gadekar a long and successful career with J. B. Boda family.<\/p>\n
