It provides services to both companies and individuals. Due to its technological skills R&amp;D owes a significant part of its business to an e-commerce platform. The two founders Dainis Maldutis a Raivis Ermans will stay as minority shareholders and will continue in management positions.<\/p>\n<p>RENOMIA is the biggest broker founded in the region of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Thanks to our majority stake in R&amp;D, RENOMIA will have a direct ownership presence in eight countries in this region. These eight countries are part of the franchise network RENOMIA EUROPEAN PARTNERS (REP) in Central and Eastern Europe and Caucasia which covers 31 countries in this region.
