For over 25 years, the TRUST RISK CONTROL Group (TRC) has been developing and providing international insurance solutions for renowned insurance brokers worldwide. To achieve this, TRC has formed a strategic alliance, purpose-built for this endeavor, comprising approximately 180 industrial insurance brokers in over 180 countries. This alliance ranks among the largest global brokerage networks. We employ around 30 staff across Hamburg, Switzerland, and the USA, with our Account Management Team in Hamburg coordinating international insurance business for numerous small, medium, and large national and international insurance brokers.

Account Manager International

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the insurance needs of international clients
  • Data maintenance and processing of customer insurance information
  • Supporting Key Account Managers
  • Assisting in the implementation of global insurance programs
  • Communicating with international partners & companies
  • Taking on independent account management tasks

Your Profile:

  • Commercial training or a completed degree, preferably in insurance
  • Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages are an advantage, as well as proficiency in MS Office
  • Interest in working with international clients and a sensitivity for intercultural exchange
  • Team player with a proactive and independent work ethic

Marketing & PR Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Continuous optimization and management of our website
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Creating presentations, fact sheets, and planning webinars
  • Organizing and executing events
  • Planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns and content on platforms like LinkedIn
  • Developing and designing internal tools as well as external marketing products
  • Conducting and evaluating customer surveys to continuously improve our services
  • Creating and publishing quarterly newsletters

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in marketing and PR, ideally in the insurance or financial sector
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation
  • Experience in event organization and customer communication
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Creativity, teamwork, and independent work style
